In the second quarter of 2025, Foshan A-diffusion Building Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "A-diffusion") organized nearly 50 core domestic and foreign customers (including home decoration distributors, overseas buyers and engineering partners) to visit its tile production base in Foshan, with the theme of "Transparent Production, Consolidating Quality Trust". 

As an enterprise in the ceramic industry, A-diffusion opened its production site and explained quality control processes, enabling customers to intuitively experience the quality control process of tiles from raw materials to finished products. This has become an epitome of the industry's response to market competition through transparent practices in 2025.

 Foshan is a core cluster for China's architectural ceramic industry. Relying on a complete industrial chain ecosystem, it gathers mature resources from raw material supply to manufacturing. The production base opened by A-diffusion this time covers mainstream tile categories such as porcelain tiles and antique tiles. Its production lines adopt basic equipment meeting the "dual carbon" requirements, representing the conventional advanced level of the regional industry. 

The inspection activity centered on "quality traceability". In the raw material testing session, customers learned on-site about the screening process of core raw materials such as kaolin and quartz sand. 

Entering the production workshop, customers focused on observing key production processes: CNC forming machines ensure the dimensional accuracy of tile blanks to prevent uneven gaps during subsequent tiling; natural gas-fired high-temperature kilns achieve sufficient sintering of tiles through stable temperature control, improving product density; the manual glazing process adopts standardized operations to reduce differences in glaze thickness.

 The finished product inspection area was the focus of customers' attention. Staff conducted random inspections on tiles in accordance with national standards, focusing on testing water absorption rate (porcelain tiles ≤ 0.5%), anti-slip coefficient (for common grades such as R11) and flexural strength, to ensure that the products leaving the factory meet standards. "I was worried about the quality of low-priced products before, but after seeing the inspection process in person, I feel more at ease about future cooperation," an overseas buyer said, adding that the previous concerns caused by the industry's "increasing volume but falling prices" have been completely dispelled. 

 In 2025, the industry is facing competitive pressures, and quality trust is the key to breaking the deadlock. This activity not only shortened the distance between the enterprise and customers, but also reflects the industry's transformation direction - under the background of intensified price competition, enterprises are promoting the industry's upgrade from "price competition" to "value competition" through transparent production, injecting impetus into the high-quality development of the industry.
